What I Do
Traditional psychotherapy gives you insights and understanding. However, in order to create lasting change you must deal at the level of beliefs. By addressing the root causes of your behaviors, choices, and actions you can shift from your current reality to where you want to be. In our sessions together, I will help you uncover your core beliefs, offering guidance, teaching, and tools to assist you in your life's journey. As you consciously transform yourself, you will achieve a level of inner peace and harmony, manifesting success, joy, and love in your life.
My professional specialty is relationships and personal growth. From my perspective, everything in our lives is colored by relationships. We relate to our ego, personality, identity, self-esteem, as well as to our higher Self (consciousness, spirit, universe, cosmos). Other relationships include your significant other, family, your inner circle of friends, associates, environment, community, state, country, world, and the Universe. All these relationships impact the quality and experience of our lives. In addition to this focus, my practice includes and is not limited to dealing with: anxiety, stress management, depression, crisis management, addictions, career, personal issues and challenges, obstacles along a spiritual journey, and stages and phases of life.
I combine traditional therapy with a spiritual perspective to help people improve their lives and relationships. I am eclectically-oriented, drawing from a variety of modalities that I believe will best help each client, including Gestalt, Rogerian, Jungian, NLP, Transpersonal, Humanology, Cognitive, and Meditation, to name a few. I predominately work with adults (individuals and couples, via phone or telehealth psychotherapy).
